Pilot project tests ways to breathe new life into Newboroughs sand dune system

Newborough Warren is one of Wales’ finest sand dune systems. But after years of becoming over-stabilized and overgrown by vegetation, with some rare plants and insects driven to the brink of extinction, a pilot project is now testing ways to rejuvenate the sand dunes.
