Looks at the manner in which projects will be
procured
The CAN strategic project will be delivered via procurement
using the ‘Competitive Dialogue’ route.
The procedure is outlined in the diagram.
* Whilst the regulations do not set specific time limits for
these phases of the dialogue, all timescales must be reasonable and
proportionate to the procurement in question.
Full details of the procurement procedure will be contained
within any guidance issued on the Sell2Wales website with the
launch of each new procurement round.
