Natural Connections Aims and Objectives

To increase number of visits, people engaged and visitor experience at 5 key RSPB sites within the Convergence area
To further develop links with communities around the Glaslyn ospreys, to deepen awareness of the species and natural environment, and foster further local support
To encourage new visitors to sites through the development of quality visitor friendly infrastructure and access
To extend the visitor season and usage beyond the current visitor operation, including into mid and low season of Spring and Autumn, helping to sustain local employment and economies
To create a range of permanent and time bound job opportunities for local people
To create a range of volunteering and work experience opportunities at and around the named sites

Natural Connections will develop and deliver a range of actions centred on and around key RSPB Cymru nature reserves and wildlife attractions in mid and north west Wales namely;
