Investor in people

CCW recognises its people as its most vital asset. We achieved the status of being an Investor in People (IiP) in 2004 and have recently been assessed as still meeting the IiP standard.

This means that we meet a stringent set of indicators that demonstrate our commitment to improving our performance as an organisation by investing in the learning and development of our people. This is a continuous process and we work hard to maintain our IiP status and we continually look for ways to improve.
