Caeau Clochfaen-Isaf (Clochfaen-isaf Fields)

The site is of special interest for its unimproved acid grassland, with associated marshy grassland, acid bog and swamp vegetation. This is a good example of lowland acid grassland, showing considerable variation across the site and supporting a wide variety of plants. A variety of associated wetland habitats provide additional interest.
